The firm is led by Julia Tamatea. Julia has over 20 years of international experience across Great Britain, France, Italy, Japan, and the United States. Julia has designed corporate spaces, five-star hotels (brand and boutique), cruise liners and residential homes. She has worked with brands such as Marriott, Dexus, InterContinental, Okura, Saga Cruise Liners, Charter Hall, and Mandarin Oriental. Julia is so fervent about design excellence she started her own company.

Kaaram is responsible for site operations. Kaaram brings over 20 years international experience in project management, consulting, manufacturing, and the construction industries.

Mark is our in-house Architectural consultant. Mark has over 18 years’ experience working on a broad range of complex Architectural projects in Australia, ranging from single private and public buildings to multi-million-dollar consortium projects. Mark can engage with every level of these project types and is equally comfortable with the finer details and end-user requirements. This know how has given him the capability to design and manage numerous projects from inception to completion.

Leonie is our in-house consultant. Leonie has over 20 years industry knowledge in building and developing brand experiences. She assists our teams in delivering brand driven interiors.

Working in the industry for over 10 years she has built up an impressive portfolio of projects in the commercial market within Australia and internationally. Sanaz is passionate about utilizing space more efficiently and introducing new innovative planet friendly materials. One of Sanaz key strength is her ability to capture all our concepts in 3D photorealistic renders. This allows clients to “walkthrough” the design in the early stages, beautifully bringing innovation into the space while ensuring the design comes to life.

Grace is an interior designer who has focused on bringing her love of interior design together with her skills in marketing and fine art. With a keen eye for details, Grace leads our teams in delivering brand - driven interiors. Grace has an enthusiasm for incorporating new technologies into our designs, driving down costs for the client while making the space a naturally more intelligent experience. Grace loves showing through design how technology makes our lives easier.

Cynthia creates spaces that reflect the unique style and personality of each client, ensuring that the design outcome is meaningful and satisfying. Cynthia focuses on high quality design work and attention to detail highlighting her meticulous approach to projects. This strength is invaluable in ensuring that all elements of a design are well thought through, resulting in a seamless interior design. Her extensive experience in teaching and design work demonstrates her versatility as an interior designer.

Bel Araujo is a dynamic and accomplished professional in the design industry with over 8 years of Australian and International architectural experience. Her journey began in Brazil, where she honed her skills in architecture. Over the years, Bel has worked across numerous sectors, including corporate, industrial, and education, skilfully covering interior design, architectural, civil, and hydraulics aspects. Bel has been immersed in the Australian market since 2021, where Bel has found a perfect match for her design style, skills and passion for design and architecture.

Sam is our Senior Architect with over 30 years’ experience, having undertaken an extensive range of retail, commercial and residential projects in Australia, Asia and Europe. Sam strengths as a Architect are evident in his visual design skills and extensive experience in a diversity of large complex projects. Sam’s main strength is in his ability to combine his Architectural design with his Project Management skills, ensuring the best outcome while balancing cost efficiencies with visual aesthetics.
