The firm is led by Julia Tamatea. Julia has over 20 years of international experience across Great Britain, France, Italy, Japan, and the United States. Julia has designed corporate spaces, five-star hotels (brand and boutique), cruise liners and residential homes. She has worked with brands such as Marriott, Dexus, InterContinental, Okura, Saga Cruise Liners, Charter Hall, and Mandarin Oriental. Julia is so fervent about design excellence she started her own company.

Kaaram is responsible for site operations. Kaaram brings over 20 years international experience in project management, consulting, manufacturing, and the construction industries.

Scott is our Associate and Lead Architect, a registered architect with 18 years of experience across master planning, education, aged care, commercial, and residential sectors. Having led his own practice for six years, he brings a comprehensive understanding of balancing design excellence with client needs, budgets, and regulatory requirements, with experience across all stages from concept through to construction.<br /> His design approach is grounded in creating purposeful, people-focused architecture, with a strong emphasis on context, functionality, and detail. Scott is passionate about elevating everyday experiences through thoughtful spatial design, delivering projects that are clear in form, responsive to their environment, and enduring in their performance.

Leonie is our in-house consultant. Leonie has over 20 years industry knowledge in building and developing brand experiences. She assists our teams in delivering brand driven interiors.

Working in the industry for over 10 years she has built up an impressive portfolio of projects in the commercial market within Australia and internationally. Sanaz is passionate about utilizing space more efficiently and introducing new innovative planet friendly materials. One of Sanaz key strength is her ability to capture all our concepts in 3D photorealistic renders. This allows clients to “walkthrough” the design in the early stages, beautifully bringing innovation into the space while ensuring the design comes to life.

With over 11 years of experience across interior design and architecture in Australia and internationally, Maya has developed a strong and diverse portfolio spanning retail, commercial, workplace, and healthcare sectors. She is highly skilled at maximising space efficiency, transforming even the most constrained environments into functional, refined, and enduring spaces.<br /> Maya’s key strength lies in her ability to strategically align functional requirements with well resolved design outcomes, ensuring each project delivers both aesthetic quality and operational performance. Her approach is grounded in longevity and adaptability, with a strong focus on creating environments that effectively support the needs of end users

Cynthia focuses on high quality design work and attention to detail highlighting her meticulous approach to projects. Her extensive experience in teaching and design work demonstrates her versatility as an interior designer.

Bel Araujo is a skilled professional with over 8 years of architectural experience in Australia and internationally. Starting in Brazil, she has worked across sectors like corporate, industrial and education, specialising in interior design, architecture, and civil engineering. Since 2021, Bel has thrived in the Australian market, aligning her skills and passion for design. She seamlessly combines technical expertise with creativity, making her an invaluable asset to any design project.
