At VivCourt, “being something different” is a way of working. Our workspace is designed to inspire innovation, adaptability, and well-being, creating an environment where individuality thrives.

Drawing from the raw beauty of the original structure, the design highlights exposed brick, white lime-washed vaulted timber ceilings, and an existing graffiti wall that sets the tone for the entire aesthetic. The vibrant colors and intricate details of the mural are woven into the palette, balanced with traditional textiles, mixed metals, and a bespoke bar design.

This interplay of the raw architecture and refined new elements enhances the building’s historical undertones while introducing warmth, depth, and craftsmanship.

Flowing organic shapes, biophilic elements, and accent lighting create a seamless blend of energy and relaxation, fostering both productivity and collaboration.

…A Dynamic Space Rooted in Adaptability…

The spatial concept is inspired by the infinity grid, a dynamic framework that embodies interconnected patterns and limitless adaptability. Architectural beams are redefined as fluid, organic walls, seamlessly shape the space and has a sense of ‘ever evolving’—much like the VivCourt’s trading strategies and the pursuit of success.

At the heart of the design, a commissioned ‘bull and bear’ mural and feature pendant lighting with a pixelated design becomes a focal point. Framed by glazed partitions, allows the meeting rooms extend beyond the walls , creating layered perspectives that shift with every angle—blurring the boundaries between space, strategy, and innovation.

Versatile meeting rooms, flexible front-of-house areas, and collaborative pockets provide spaces for everything from strategic discussions to spontaneous creativity—even a quick game of shuffleboard or ping pong. This multifunctionality reflects VivCourt’s commitment to growth, creativity, and philanthropy.

We designed the public space of this workspace based on our hospitality experience. The focus of the interiors based on highlighting the breathtaking vistas. By framing the windows, we transformed the views into the artwork, seamlessly blending the outdoors with the luxury hospitality  corporate environment.

The front-of-house area combines sophistication and functionality, anchored by a bespoke bar that offers a refined welcome to clients and staff. This space flows into a dynamic breakout area, designed for collaboration and informal meetings, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Premium materials, thoughtful spatial planning, and an aesthetic that complements Talbot Sayer’s renowned expertise, the design reflects their commitment to excellence and innovation.

L11, 10 EAGLE ST

Located in Brisbane’s iconic Gold Tower, this workspace aesthetic was planned to maximize the surrounding views. The office seamlessly blends functionality, creativity, and high-end aesthetics.

Curved partitions and bespoke joinery create a fluid sense of movement, while black mesh ceiling features add depth, texture, and transparency—layering beautifully against the exposed ceiling.

This combination of industrial mesh features with the natural warm tones and biophilic features creates a space with a sense of excitement and character – Combining functional design with playful and unexpected elements.

The natural warm tones are seen in the use of timber and acoustic paneling, textured-wall tiling, feature lighting.  This enhances both aesthetics and functionality, fostering a calming yet dynamic environment.
